Yolanda Marty discovered yoga nidra in 2013. Although she had been following and sharing many yoga & meditation styles over the years, she found out that yoga nidra was the most effortless, nourishing and suitable practise for her in a time where she was suffering from injury and fatigue. The practise of yoga nidra helped her to recover, to trust and expand her intuition and allowed her to continue and deepening her journey of personal and spiritual development. She has been practising yoga nidra on a daily basis ever since and shares this practise with her students in yoga and dance classes, as well as in the development of her creative work as a choreographer and performer.
Her interest lies in applying yoga nidra to promote creativity and to bring this practise and knowledge into the dance world.
