Total Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (with Yoga Nidra Network)

Since my first Yoga Teacher training in 2019, I have been practicing Yoga Nidra regularly. The first time I got in touch with Yoga Nidra I felt so good during and after the practice of Yoga Nidra, that I knew that one day I will dive deeper in to this practice, which I did with the Total Yoga Nidra Teacher Training with Nirlipta and Uma at the beginning of 2023. I integrate Yoga Nidra in my group classes and Yoga Therapy sessions (Yoga Therapist in training). If you would like to know more about Yoga Nidra or practicing with me, get in touch with me.

We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.
