I qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2003 and have since qualified on Robin Monroe's YBT Yoga Therapy Course. I have been on Uma's pregnancy and womb yoga courses and am waiting to go on her Yoga Nidra course when one comes up that I am available to attend. Uma's work is always inspiring and I always come away with countless practices that I share with my students. I use Yoga Nidra regularly in my classes and use it myself with profound effects.
