This is one of the yoga nidrā practices included in the Treasury of Transcripts in ‘Nidrā Shakti: The Power of Rest – An Illustrated Encyclopaedia of Yoga Nidrā’.

This nidrā was spontaneously created at Mosaic LGBT+ Youth Centre in North London, as part of long-term collaboration and practice co-creation with LGBTQ young people, with a large number of LGBTQ young people of colour. The nidrā takes an experimental approach to invitationality and co-creation in nidrā, using a unique two-fold approach to rotation of consciousness designed to make the practice as accessible as possible to trans and queer practitioners with experiences of gender dysphoria, as well as practitioners with many different forms of body dysmorphia.
