Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking a place on any Yoga Nidra Network Event, you have agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Definitions

Yoga Nidra Network is the operating name of Sitaram and Sons Limited. The trading address of which is Yew Tree Grove, Gunhouse Lane, Stroud, GL5 2DB.

We divide our offerings into the following categories:

Subscriptions

Contractual Relationship

By booking a place on any offering, you have entered into a contractual relationship with us. These terms and conditions (together with any other terms and conditions specific to an offering published on our website and/or in any communication from us to you) form an integral part of that contract. If you make a booking for any offering on behalf of another person, you warrant to us that you have their authority to do so.

By booking a place on any offering, you warrant that you meet, or will, by the start of the offering, meet any eligibility criteria for that offering published on our website or in any other published material related to the offering.

By booking a place on offering, you acknowledge that the full cost of that offering becomes payable on booking, notwithstanding that we may in our discretion agree to payment by instalments or on any other deferred or alternative basis.

If you fail to participate in all or any part of an offering that you are booked onto, we shall have no obligation to refund any amount paid by you in respect of that offering, unless you have given us notice of cancellation before the start of the offering, in which event the provisions below shall apply. Should you decide to defer your place or withdraw from that course before its conclusion, you agree to settle any outstanding course fees, including any unpaid future monthly instalments, on our first demand.

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time and will publish those changed terms and conditions on our website. We have no responsibility to provide you with any other notice of such changes. The current Terms and Conditions apply at time of cancellation, when there has been an update since time of booking.

Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds

COVID 19

There is currently no legal requirement to self-isolate if you have symptoms of covid or have tested positive for covid.  If you are suffering from symptoms and do not feel that you are well enough to attend your appointment please email studentsupport@thesource.co to let us know.  Unless a legal requirement to self-isolate is introduced our standard cancellation policy will be applied.

In the event that a live gathering is cancelled due to government Covid restrictions (in any relevant country), you will be offered transfer to an online learning experience, including live synchronous teaching, lectures, talks and sharing, personal tuition, virtual classrooms, circles of support and connection.

All Live, Online Teacher Training Courses

You may cancel your place up to 28 days before the course starts for an admin fee of £90. For cancellations within 28 days of the start date, there will be no refund.

Wherever possible we will transfer you onto an equivalent online course starting within a twelve month time frame from the original course start date and only to a course hosted by Yoga Nidra Network, for an admin fee of £90. No further transfers will be possible.

All In Person Teacher Training Courses

You may cancel your place up to 28 days before the course starts for an admin fee of £90. For cancellations within 28 days of the start date, there will be no refund.

Wherever possible we will transfer you onto an equivalent online course starting within a twelve month time frame from the original course start date and only to a course hosted by Yoga Nidra Network, for an admin fee of £90. No further transfers will be possible.

All Live, Online Shorter Course & Workshops

You may cancel your place up to 28 days before the course starts for an admin fee of £30. For cancellations within 28 days of the start date, there will be no refund.

Wherever possible we will transfer you onto an equivalent online course starting within a twelve month time frame from the original course start date and only to a course hosted by Yoga Nidra Network, for an admin fee of £30. No further transfers will be possible.

All In Person Shorter Course, Workshops & Retreats

You may cancel your place up to 28 days before the course starts for an admin fee of £30. For cancellations within 28 days of the start date, there will be no refund.

Wherever possible we will transfer you onto an equivalent online course starting within a twelve month time frame from the original course start date and only to a course hosted by Yoga Nidra Network, for an admin fee of £30. No further transfers will be possible.

 

In the event that a live gathering is cancelled by us (with the exception of Covid 19 government forced cancellations), you will be offered an option to transfer to another in person course date wherever possible OR the option to transfer to an online learning experience, including live synchronous teaching, lectures, talks and sharing, personal tuition, virtual classrooms, circles of support and connection.

Welcome to our website. Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction

Welcome to the Yoga Nidra Network. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Yoga Nidra library subscription services (“Service”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1.1 Audio: These audio recordings have been made available to you from teachers across our network.  Many recordings were made as they were delivered live during classes, workshops, trainings and festivals and may contain background noise.  

  1. Subscription Services

2.1 Description: The Yoga Nidra Network provides access to a library of Yoga Nidra audio recordings and related content through a subscription Service.

2.2 Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans, which may include monthly, or annual subscriptions. Details of the available plans, including pricing, can be found on our website.

2.3 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our Service. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.4 Library Contributors:  Qualified Yoga Nidra facilitators whose content is available on the Nidra Library are entitled to free library access for as long as their content remains live on the site.  Contributors reserve the right to request removal of their content at any time and agree that if their content is removed, their free access will end.

  1. Account Registration

3.1 Registration: To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

  1. Payment and Billing

4.1 Payment: By subscribing to the Service, you agree to pay the subscription fees specified for your chosen plan. All fees are payable in advance.

4.2 Billing: Subscription fees will be billed at the start of the subscription period and each renewal period thereafter unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 5.

4.3 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, which are specified on our website. You agree to provide accurate and current payment information and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees.

4.4 Refunds: Once digital content has been accessed, you lose the right to a refund for a change of mind. This is because digital content cannot be returned in the same way physical goods can. 

  1. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 Cancellation by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation instructions on our website. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. You will have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

5.2 Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

5.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your subscription, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. No refunds will be provided for any remaining portion of the subscription period.

6.1 Ownership: The Service and its content, including audio recordings, text, graphics, images, and software, are the property of Yoga Nidra Network or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Licence: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

6.3 Restrictions: You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content on our Service, except as permitted by these Terms.

  1. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimers: The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoga Nidra Network and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; or (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party.
