This yoga nidra was created for the exhibition Circuit Training – a Retrospective in Becoming. Konsthall C 15 Years 2004-2019 in Stockholm (http://www.konsthallc.se) under the theme of Rest and Recovery. Konsthall C chose this theme due to a series of burnouts among art workers in Sweden and the nidra is created with that context in mind intending to provide rest and recovery. It is a very simple nidra having the exhibition space as its context, still, it will be helpful for beginners and others identifying with overworking. It was recorded on a September afternoon in the woods outside of Copenhagen with accompanying grasshoppers and some chatting magpies.
We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.
If you feel you have benefitted from what you have heard or learnt from this site then please do consider making a contribution towards the maintenance and upkeep of the site. We’d appreciate that, and it would help to ensure we can continue to offer this services freely.
