Trust as a Germinating Seed Trusts

Vocal Mode: Spoken word

Language: English - UK

Live recording at a workshop at St Vedast’s, near St Paul’s Cathedral in London, just as the virus was becoming a thing and we could still all lie down together. It was early March and I was bringing all the joy of germination from my sowing bench at Viveka Gardens Retreat Place in Devon. Classic Total Yoga Nidra opening, Himalayan and Radiance rotations, humble singing bowl. Just as a seed germinates and progresses with total trust, could we be as simple? The farmer sows knowing there could be drought, flood and even abundance that is wasted. The  tender, delighted gaze of a gardener: could we feel the Creator’s gaze like that on us? Fear not.

We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.

If you feel you have benefitted from what you have heard or learnt from this site then please do consider making a contribution towards the maintenance and upkeep of the site. We’d appreciate that, and it would help to ensure we can continue to offer this services freely.

Thank You, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli, Co-Founders, Yoga Nidra Network
