One of the quickest ways to change our mental state is to change our breath.
I use opposites throughout to help harmonise and synthesise both sides of the
brain – to help remove blocks and re-programme the mind by inserting your
exact words – capitalising on the neuroplasticity of the brain.
Influenced by Nirlipta’s Triangles, with a nod towards iRest (the Westernised
form of Nidra) – looking at what we bring back from the Nidra and seeing
ourselves successfully Integrated back into the World.
We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.
