This is one of the yoga nidrā practices included in the Treasury of Transcripts in ‘Nidrā Shakti: The Power of Rest – An Illustrated Encyclopaedia of Yoga Nidrā’.
Nirlipta has been doing variations of this practice for perhaps thirty years. He learnt it both as a formal nidrā practice and later as a formal hypnosis one. There are many variants of it. He still finds it helpful for people for a variety of symptoms and use it for both rest and therapeutically with students and clients. This one is about 20 minutes long and has an introduction to self-hypnosis.
