Abundant Welcome Atlantic Nidra with Larksong and Ocean

Abundant Welcome Atlantic Nidra with Larksong and Ocean

Vocal Mode: Spoken word

Language: English - UK

This 19 minute-long Wild Nidra was recorded live on the rocks of Fanore beach, in the Burren, in County Clare on the West Coast of Ireland. It is a special gift for listeners to the The Feminine Wealth Code Telesummit www.thefemininewealthcode.com and is offered with generosity to all who wish to welcome abundance into their lives. There is plenty to hear –  continuous larksong, the sound of the Atlantic waves on the rocks, and even an enthusiastic sheepdog at the start – you are invited to welcome in every sound, and to feel, as we did when we recorded the practice, the warm sunshine, the sea breeze and the sense of plenty in every breath…

We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.

If you feel you have benefitted from what you have heard or learnt from this site then please do consider making a contribution towards the maintenance and upkeep of the site. We’d appreciate that, and it would help to ensure we can continue to offer this services freely.

Thank You, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli, Co-Founders, Yoga Nidra Network
