This 36 minute recording includes a ~31 minute heart centered practice followed by an original poem and comes from the end of my favorite month of the year – May. As usual the practice draws from multiple lineages and inspirations. Notably I borrow some language from Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and the rotation has elements derived from the VijñÄna-bhairava-tantra exploring the body as space.
Settling > Rotation (Body as Space) > Opposites (Full + Empty) > Archetypal Spot Evocations > Simply Being > Anchoring Ease > Externalization > Poem
Note: This recording has some sound artifacts (Breathing + a low hum) for about the first 5 minutes and then it mellows out nicely.
If you find any value in this recording please leave me a comment on my website: https://www.yogijeffrey.info/nidra-detail/spacious-emergence-05*30*2019/
We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.
If you feel you have benefitted from what you have heard or learnt from this site then please do consider making a contribution towards the maintenance and upkeep of the site. We’d appreciate that, and it would help to ensure we can continue to offer this services freely.
Thank You, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli, Co-Founders, Yoga Nidra Network
