Yoni Shakti Well Woman Yoga Therapy Teacher Training

Amanda discovered yoga almost 20 years ago and immediately fell in love with the way it made her feel. It proved a valuable counter-balance to her fast-paced career. She worked in finance for over 6 years before completing an MBA at MIT Sloan. She went on to establish herself over the last 10 years as an energetic and collaborative leader in high-growth tech business.

Over the years, Amanda has also travelled the world and immersed herself in many courses and retreats for her own personal growth.  The most recent course was the Well Woman Yoga Therapy teacher training where Amanda experienced the power of connecting with Yoni Shakti energy in a circle of like-minded women. She now loves to intuitively apply her array of tools and qualifications to help others to reach their highest potential. Her mission is to provide truly transformational experiences for individuals and to help raise the level of human consciousness in society.  Amanda is an intuitive coach, a responsive yoga teacher and a spiritual seeker who strives to connect to her own light and to help others do the same.

Contribute to the Yoga Nidra Network

We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.

If you feel you have benefitted from what you have heard or learnt from this site then please do consider making a contribution towards the maintenance and upkeep of the site. We’d appreciate that, and it would help to ensure we can continue to offer this services freely.

Thank You, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli, Co-Founders, Yoga Nidra Network
