Hello my name is Ameet Malhotra and I am a qualified yoga teacher, occupational therapist and researcher. I have been teaching yoga since 2001 and have worked in a variety of different environments hospitals, community neurological rehabilitation centres, substance misuse detoxification units and rehabilitation from alcohol and substance misuse in prisons. As part of recent study I have been able to conduct research in yoga nidra within the UK entitled “Exploring the lived experiences of yoga nidra practitioners: from relaxation to spirituality, an interpretive phenomenological analysis.” I would be very interested in hearing form other yoga nidra researchers.
