I have been practising yoga for near 15 years and completed my 200h vinyasa yoga teacher training in 2016 with Yoga London, led by Holly Warren. I am a continuing student of yoga, regularly attending training and workshops with leading yoga teachers. I am inspired by the Jivamukti tradition (where my love for yoga began) and have an interest in yoga as a healing therapy for physical, mental and emotional well being.
I teach a breath led, mindful, slow flow practice as I believe this reaps the most rewards. My teaching encourages mind body connection, breath and body awareness and correct and safe alignment for all bodies, men and women, of all ages and abilities. I sequence classes and instruct to suit the time of day and moon cycles, tuning into natural energy.
I currently teach in south London and am available to teach in the work place, gyms, yoga and fitness studios, community centres and private 121 classes.
