I have been practicing yoga for 20 year. teaching for over 10, I takes a holistic, nurturing and therapeutic approach to Yoga, weaving movement, meditation, deep relaxation along with body appreciation. I encourage students and client to tune into their own cycles and patterns; working from a place of self acceptance, kindness and trusting in their own bodies, personal power and inner wisdom. I teach all girls and women from their first period, preparing to conceive, pregnancy, miscarriage recovery, postnatal recovery, peri-menopause and post-menopause. I take my influence from many amazing teacher i have trained with with special gratitude to Uma Dinsmore-Tuli , Angela Seane Corn, Mathew Sandford plus all my sisters that I trained along side in well woman yoga and menstruality work.
