I gained my 200 hour Akhanda yoga teacher training certificate with Guru Vishva J in Rishikesh India 2017.
Well Woman Yoga Therapy with Uma in Portugal 2018.
I have been teaching Well Woman Yoga for over two years now and its such a privilege to weave deep connections. I continue on my own personal and professional development to bring a wealth of knoweldge and experiences to my classes and have attended further training in trauma informed yoga with Alex Cat at the Yoga Clinic London, Yoga Nidra Immersion with Nirlupta Tuli in Glasgow 2020 and I am currently undertaking more courses in yoga for perimenopause. I completed the Red School menstrual cycle awareness online immersion too.
I set up a social enterprise in 2019, Wildcat Shakti which focuses on nature based health & well-being bringing yoga, mindfulness and eco-therapy techniques to provide clients with rich nature connection activities. Please check out my facebook page or website for up to date information.
The Wildcat team (Mother and daughter) held their first wild hideaway in the Southern Cairngorms a special place to reconnect to the source through nature and divine yoga flows. A truly Wild experience.
