Anna's passion for other cultures has taken her around the world - in Thailand she trained at the "Wat Po Medical School" in the Healing Art of Traditional Thai Therapy. She is a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher as taught by Yogi Bhajan® as well as trained to work with youth, especially those at-risk of not utilising their full potential. (Y.O.G.A. for Youth, IKYTA approved) & Womb Yoga. Anna is a qualified Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Therapist, is certified in Amatsu and is granted all rights of Reiki & Seichem Master, Practitioner and Teacher. Her treatments are influenced by varying schools of thought which she has woven together and combined with her own unique experience of the world. She has strong values with regards to integrity, honesty, and openness. In particular she believes in empowering the individual to find healing, knowledge, and wisdom within themselves. Anna strongly believes, that yoga can touch and change our life in miraculous ways.. Anna is a member of the 'Amatsu Association of Ireland' and 'Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association of Ireland'. She is also qualified to apply as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYS®) at the 200hr-level by International Yoga Alliance as well as a registered Physical Therapist with the RPTI.
