I approach life with a sense of wonder, openness, and enthusiasm so my journey has been diverse and interesting. Interest, instinct, circumstances and passion have guided me towards bodywork, yoga, and more. I approach my work with creativity and passion, in complete awe of the human body and how, through it, we can find harmony with ourselves. I have trained as a yoga teacher in Mysore, India, with the most influential teachers of Ashtanga. Since then, I have integrated other styles of yoga into my practice and teaching, especially Vinyasa and Flow, while working with inspiring and supportive teachers in England, India, America and Italy. Since becoming a mother, I have trained in Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga and in Early Years/ Family Yoga with Sitaram through The Life Centre and The British Wheel of Yoga. As a mother I am constantly humbled and filled with love by the sometimes difficult but always beautiful and rewarding job which is bringing up children. They are the wisest teachers!
