I combine my extensive experience across the fields of Psychotherapy, Somatic Therapy and Yoga Therapy in group experiences and individual sessions to create supportive spaces for integration and healing.
Offering a synthesis of powerful practices and perspectives, my work helps to guide towards greater authenticity and freedom as we navigate the ups and downs of life. These approaches offer to deepen our awareness of self and other, facilitate acceptance and compassion, support the development of healthy boundaries in relationship, and promote our natural healing abilities physically, emotionally and energetically.
I am particularly passionate about sharing creative and therapeutic practices of Yoga Nidra, as well as supporting feminist approaches in Yoga which honour the natural rhythms and cycles in life. I am in the final stages of being awarded a Professional Doctorate in Psychotherapy with the University of Edinburgh, titled Walking the Bridge between Psychotherapy and Yoga.
