Brenda is originally from Mexico and has been based in London for the last 17 years, where her yoga practice and personal development journey started. After many journeys to India and experiencing the ashram life, she had a deep spiritual awakening realising that Yoga was the path she wanted to deeply immerse herself into. She gained her Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher certification in Thailand with Lorraine Taylor, focusing on female bodies and energies. She holds a Yoga Alliance US accreditation (RYT200). She furthered her teacher training becoming a Pregnancy Yoga Teacher with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli. A Prana Vinyasa Elemental Trainee with Shiva Rea and Restorative Yoga Teacher with Judith Lasater.
Her classes always focus on the relationship between body, mind and spirit as a way to approach our world with respect and gratitude. Her lessons are fluid, nourishing and deeply feminine. A practice that strengthens the inner relationship with the female body.
Brendas teaching offers the mum-to-be a peaceful time to reinforce the bond between her and her baby, to achieve serenity and to create a healthy pregnancy. After birth her postnatal classes are a perfect combination of calmness and movement that will help you to build inner and outer strength, to keep raising the energy levels your baby and motherhood will demand from you.
