I have been teaching Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and practicing Healing for over 16 years, combining this with a busy career running a recruitment business. It is such a privilege to teach Yoga, to see how people’s whole energetic being changes, their faces become who they really are without the worry of yesterday or tomorrow and you can see the moment when their light gets switched on. Pure magic. The first Kundalini class for me was like arriving at Hogwarts and knowing I was home. In 2015, I discovered the wonder of Yoga Nidra, training with Uma and Nirlipta. I recognised that the transformative and therapeutic nature of Nidra is something really needed in our fast paced high-energy world giving us all time to take a breath and start a re-boot I am also training in Yoga therapy, which is an 800-hour course.
