Yoni Shakti Well Woman Yoga Therapy Teacher Training

Cat is an Irish Midwife and Yoga Teacher living in Brighton, UK. She first trained in Traditional Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga in Dharamshala, India in 2018, and since then, Cat’s visions of how she would offer yoga practices changed. She became a Pregnancy Yoga Teacher and more recently completed the Yoni Shakti Well Woman Yoga Therapy course. Her vision now is to offer a space for people, especially those experiencing menstrual cycles, to support this vital aspect of life through yoga. By intertwining some of these practices with more traditional styles of yoga, combined with Yoga Nidra, breathwork, sound and elemental connection, the intention is to re-awaken this inner knowing within each of us.

Contribute to the Yoga Nidra Network

We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.

If you feel you have benefitted from what you have heard or learnt from this site then please do consider making a contribution towards the maintenance and upkeep of the site. We’d appreciate that, and it would help to ensure we can continue to offer this services freely.

Thank You, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli, Co-Founders, Yoga Nidra Network
