Claire teaches from a growth mindset perspective, one that promotes the conscious leadership of self. She believes in cultivating a sustainable practice, one that enables individuals to access their innate intelligence, maximize their potential and nurture the ability to survive and thrive on their own terms. This complements her work as a performance coach in business and elite sport .
Claire specialises in meditative self-enquiry through i-Rest and Total Yoga Nidra, often complemented with Yin and Restorative poses. In these areas she has been privileged to study with Paul Grilley, Judith Lasater, Richard Miller, James Reeves, Uma and Nirlipta Tuli.
