Yoni Shakti Well Woman Yoga Therapy Teacher Training, Yoni Shakti Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training
I was 17 when I first heard about this mystical exercise that a handful of people Id heard of were practicing so I decided to see what all the fuss was about. I got a video (Im showing my age now) with yogas equivalent of Jane Fonda as the instructor and I just remember being in savasana on my tiny bedroom floor, visualising that I was serenely floating on air, miles above the universe. I didnt have the words to describe how amazing it made me feel or the much-needed escapism it provided me with at that time but after that, I was hooked! Throughout my life yoga has guided me through the good, the bad and the ugly and my practice always evolves into what it needs to be when it needs to happen. I love the intuition that comes from working in harmony with your mind, body and spirit and those are the experiences I facilitate as a teacher. I have practiced yoga for over 15-years and studied for 3-years with The British Wheel of Yoga to become a teacher. I am committed to ongoing training and attend regular courses and workshops to feed my passion for yoga in all its wonderful forms. I have practiced with some amazing instructors such as Ana Forrest, of Forrest Yoga, David Sye, of Yogabeats, Liz Lark and Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, the pioneer of Womb Yoga, to name a few. I regularly spend time in India studying the philosophy of yoga and the authentic approach to Hatha yoga, which is something that I incorporate into my sessions. Most recently I have been studying a more therapeutic approach to yoga from a female perspective, which allows me to offer a more tailored approach to my classes, particularly pregnancy yoga. My aim is to share yoga as a way of life, not just as a physical practice and to offer an individual and accessible approach to suit everyones uniqeness.

We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.

If you feel you have benefitted from what you have heard or learnt from this site then please do consider making a contribution towards the maintenance and upkeep of the site. We’d appreciate that, and it would help to ensure we can continue to offer this services freely.

Thank You, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli, Co-Founders, Yoga Nidra Network
