My introduction to yoga began as a self care practice. I was fortunate to study my foundation course with Frances Lewis BWY. I then discovered Yoni Shakti and it met my need for a more cyclical approach to yoga practice and went on to change the lens in which I see and experience Yoga. It continues to inspire and inform both my personal practice and classes. I am very passionate about offering Yoga Nidra in Nature and, where possible, offer sessions in beautiful natural surroundings. My intention is to honour our cycles as humans, the seasons and the natural world.
