Deirdre lives in the heart of Ireland and works as a Clinical Hypno-Psychotherapist, Kundalini Yoga teacher, Yoga Nidra and meditation teacher. She is a Tantric energy Healer and Reiki Master. Deirdre spend time in Kamakhyka, North Eastern India on a one to one experience with a Agni Tantra Sadhu deepening her spiritual practice and energy work. She is an experienced Yoga Nidra facilitator and is passionate about how powerful and healing this ancient Tantric practice is for body mind and spirit.

She is also a creative natural craft soap maker having worked for years in the craft area with a passion for natural healing ingredients in her products. She has a Celtic spirit and love of Irish heritage and nature shines through her Yoga Practices where Eastern and Celtic traditions meet and merge beautifully.
