Desi Berg

Hello! My name is Desi and I'm a yoga teacher born in the Netherlands, now located in Dubai, UAE. Part of my regular offerings are mindful yoga, yoga for pregnancy and birth and Ayurveda infused yoga. I also have a special interest in women's health and female body awareness, which you will recognise in most of my teachings. For me, yoga is about a way of living, which encourages mindful moving and thinking. Sometimes, all we need is space to move, to feel, to listen, to flow, to connect, and to simply allow things to come up. Our nervous system has a busy job dealing with the fast-paced rhythms of modern life. Taking some time to rest, breathe and move can be very helpful and support human health and well-being. I invite you to slow down and experience how it feels to hold and nourish yourself in the midst of daily life. I aim to create a space for you to be fully yourself, so you can connect to the wisdom of your own body. You are welcome just as you are.
