Elaine Collins

United Kingdom
Total Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (with Yoga Nidra Network)

Elaine offers Yoga Nidra in her personalised classes of one-to-one therapeutic yoga in central London (EC1). Drawing on her trainings in yoga therapy with The Minded Institute, Ben Wolff’s Breath for Life, Norman Blair’s Yin Yoga, Judith Hanson Lasater’s Relax and Renew Restorative Yoga, sessions are tailored to the client’s needs. Working with issues such as stress, anxiety and depression, chronic pain, lower back pain, headaches and migraines, menopause, personal change and growth, we use breathwork, mindfulness, psychotherapeutic principles and yoga in its broadest sense to create balance, shift and transformation. Elaine also teaches yoga at Camden Pain Space and is a volunteer at The Listening Place.

Contribute to the Yoga Nidra Network

We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.

If you feel you have benefitted from what you have heard or learnt from this site then please do consider making a contribution towards the maintenance and upkeep of the site. We’d appreciate that, and it would help to ensure we can continue to offer this services freely.

Thank You, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli, Co-Founders, Yoga Nidra Network
