I have a strong belief that we are noble beings, we are free & wild beings. Yet, so many of us do not feel free, we feel the grip of our phones, computers, the mirror. I practice and teach Yoga Nidra in order to help myself and others be in and enjoy a reality where we can self-soothe and know that everything is okay in the world. Just as we know innately ‘there is a more beautiful world our hearts know is possible’ – I would like to contribute wholeheartedly to that innate wisdom. To know what peace feels like. Remember how to be relaxed and let go of tensions in the body. To give an accessible way for anyone to meditate and most importantly to have fun with life – and laugh.
