I have practised yoga for over 12 years and this has allowed me to develop a unique style which nurtures the moment in which I find myself. Mixing many linages enables me to find that perfect blend of asana and pranayama to suit the individuals and groups I teach.
I have worked for 15 years plus with clients connected to the HSE West Psychiatric Section. Yoga Nidra has a powerful ability to heal at a very deep level and is a strong practice to assist in supporting many minor and major health issues. Yoga Nidra can be used as a strategy to gain deep focus through the use of Sankalpa (or intention). Yoga Nidra is a powerful practice which can be a wonderful support to pregnancy, a variety of mental health issues and for those who want to gain a clearer vision of there day to day lives and futures. I am currently available for private individual and/or groups sessions and for corporate events and workplace wellbeing days.
