There is something quite magical about Yoga Nidra. My personal practice has yielded incredible results, and yet I never cease to be amazed by the benefits that people report after our sessions together – steadier moods and energy levels, better sleep, improvement of physical pain, a deep sense of equanimity, better self-awareness, etc.
