Yoni Shakti Well Woman Yoga Therapy Teacher Training

Emily first found yoga postnatally 16 years ago, where 2 hours a week of me-time was invaluable. 8 years ago she rediscovered yoga, experiencing how the physical and meditative elements healed her body, emotions and spirituality. Realising the truly transformative nature of yoga practice and a deep desire to share with others, she embarked on teacher training with Maarten Vermaase through the British Wheel of Yoga and has been teaching since 2012. After reading Yoni Shakti, she was inspired by the Womb Yoga training with Uma in 2014, where she also felt a deep homecoming through the practice of Yoga Nidra, completing the teacher training for this profoundly beneficial practice with Uma & Nirlipta in Spring 2015. Emily’s classes are evolving as her personal yoga practice is enriched with these elements.

Contribute to the Yoga Nidra Network

We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.

If you feel you have benefitted from what you have heard or learnt from this site then please do consider making a contribution towards the maintenance and upkeep of the site. We’d appreciate that, and it would help to ensure we can continue to offer this services freely.

Thank You, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli, Co-Founders, Yoga Nidra Network
