Emma has been practising yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 8 years having trained with Yogacampus in London. She teaches ashtanga, vinyasa and yin yoga and has a passion for women’s health, specifically working with pre and postnatal women.
She has practiced with a variety of different teachers and completed specialist training with Doug Keller, Kino McGregor, John Scott, Sharat, David Swenson, Uma Dunsmore-Tuli, Norman Blair + Melanie Cooper, assisting on a teacher training for the latter two – Melanie and Norman.
Emmas upbeat and playful energy makes her classes super fun while encouraging clients to challenge the body and engage the mind, with an emphasis on safe alignment. Emma loves working with clients to get the most out of their yoga practice, offering variations for advanced practitioners and modifications for beginners ™¡
