Emma Tilley

I'm a Gloucestershire based Yoga teacher striving to find balance when it sometimes seems impossible. Most days you can find (or hear me) chasing my small children up and down the hills of Stroud or simply chasing them around my own ankles. However, a few hours each week you'll find me teaching yoga at Stroud Yoga Space and Cotswold Health Centre, a picture of calm having escaped the bedlam. Since training with Triyoga and Uma Dinsmore Tuli in London I have taught Hatha Flow and pregnancy yoga in both London and Stroud. My life in publishing means I know what it's like to sit at a desk all day long and my life as mother means I know what the strains of pregnancy and bringing up children can do to the body (and the mind of course). This, I hope, puts me in good stead to get the best out of each person's yoga practice.
