Yoni Shakti Well Woman Yoga Therapy Teacher Training

I’m a yoga teacher, barefoot friend to the earth, dedicated lover of nature and student of her wise flow.

I love working with women of all ages who wish to develop deeper trust in and enjoyment of their bodies. I offer classes and workshops dedicated to feeling & connecting to the wisdom within, which can then travel step by step out into the broader landscapes of our lives. I create spaces for healing, being and receiving; for creativity to bubble and flow and for sisterhood to simmer sweetly! I love sharing knowledge about harmonising with our cycles, with techniques that bring more balance and ease into the body, mind and spirit.

I believe that by nourishing and tending to our inner landscapes, we have a profound effect on the outer. At this point in humanity it feels SO important to create small pockets of change and nourishment, that can bring about the shifts in the thought and action necessary to work towards building a more aware, optimistic and sustainable future together. Hand in hand with nature- both inside and out.

I’m in my happy place both when dancing and when foraging for seasonal local and wild plants, with the belief that what grows in our garden gives us all the medicine we need! Trees and plants have always captivated me and I love leaning about Herbal Medicine and Shamanic practices as a way to connect with nature’s vitality. In January 2019 this passion called me to the rainforest in Peru, where I studied Shamanism from the Shipibo tradition and was able to delve into my practices of yoga alongside some incredibly healing practices with herbal medicine.

I currently share Womb Yoga Classes and workshops in Sheffield, which are rooted in Conscious Menstruation practices.

We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.

If you feel you have benefitted from what you have heard or learnt from this site then please do consider making a contribution towards the maintenance and upkeep of the site. We’d appreciate that, and it would help to ensure we can continue to offer this services freely.

Thank You, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli, Co-Founders, Yoga Nidra Network
