Eugenia Twomey

United Kingdom
Total Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (with Yoga Nidra Network)

Eugenia is a Creatix, Women’s Embodiment Mentor and Teacher, and impassioned encourager of curiosity and play.

She has formal education and training in various practices within the Embodied Arts (theater and fashion design, music, education, and bodywork). Her primary practices include Writing, Photography, Embodied Mindfulness and Yoga, and intentional communion with the natural and unseen worlds. Over the last three years, she traveled extensively, and lived in Australia, Indonesia & Japan while deepening her methodology, spiritual inquiry and artistry.
Eugenia’s work is grounded in a whole-of-self approach to intentionally creating our lives. In this way, working with Eugenia is an invitation to allow change and challenge to awaken and reveal the woman within. To support such transformation and evolution, she has become committed to daily expression, ritual and self-devotional practices which she has found to stoke her artistic fire with possibility and freedom.
Over nearly twenty years she has developed unique expertise intersecting Creativity, Wellbeing, Bodywork and Education. Her wanderlust and career have taken her around the world, including collaborations in the United Kingdom, Europe, Southeast Asia and Australia where she has worked with leading cultural institutions. She is trained in multiple Yoga styles, including the therapeutic practices of Womb Yoga and Yoga Nidra, and has undergone Reiki and Cacao apprenticeships. Eugenia loves to empower women to be wildly-well through self-care mastery and is passionate about connectedness, inclusion and access to holistic practices that support mind body wellbeing.
Her services are available online and in community. Visit her website for more information.

Contribute to the Yoga Nidra Network

We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.

If you feel you have benefitted from what you have heard or learnt from this site then please do consider making a contribution towards the maintenance and upkeep of the site. We’d appreciate that, and it would help to ensure we can continue to offer this services freely.

Thank You, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli, Co-Founders, Yoga Nidra Network
