Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (with another organisaton)

Eunice is a yoga teacher dedicated to the study, practice and sharing of yoga. She has been studying various forms of asana for over a decade, from Astanga Vinyasa to more restorative styles, and is an avid student of various forms and traditions of yoga and philosophy. Eunice has been teaching since 2004, and is qualified to teach yoga to adults, children, and pre-natal yoga. Eunice studied Yoga Therapy under the direct one-to-one tutelage of Sarah Litton (Yoga Therapist and Board Member and teacher of Yoga Campus, London) which became monumental in her study of yoga, and ‘lifted the veil’ of seeing her own practice and that of others in a different way. Eunice is also a teacher of Yoga Nidra as taught to her by Richard Miller (PhD). She is a Level 2 iRest Yoga Nidra teacher, and is committed to her continued study of this very powerful meditation and restorative technique. She has studied Astanga Vinyasa under Sri Pattabhi Jois, his grandson Sharath Rangaswamy in both Mysore and London, and enjoys studying under Richard Freeman when he’s in town. Eunice teaches a variety of public and private classes in London – from Astanga Vinyasa to Restorative yoga – and incorporates her study of various traditions, and her love of Buddhist philosophy to all her classes. She is interested in teaching structural longevity and sustainable wellness through safe, aligned and mindful practice. Her intention is to share the many aspects of yoga beyond just asana (postures), and to provide a space that allows students to invite and welcome all that arises through awareness so they can cultivate and be attuned to their inner teacher. Her sincere gratitude to all her teachers that continue to inform and enrich her practice and her teaching.

Contribute to the Yoga Nidra Network

We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.

If you feel you have benefitted from what you have heard or learnt from this site then please do consider making a contribution towards the maintenance and upkeep of the site. We’d appreciate that, and it would help to ensure we can continue to offer this services freely.

Thank You, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli, Co-Founders, Yoga Nidra Network
