Francis Beadle

Hi, I'm Fateh (Francis Beadle) and delighted to be part of the Yoga Nidra Network. I'm a therapist by trade with about 15 yrs clinical experience in psychodynamic, mindfulness based and person centred counselling. More recently I have begun integrating Yoga Nidra into my private practice as well. If counselling is my day job, then Eastern spirituality is my passion. I qualified as a Kundalini Yoga teacher in 2004 which is where I got the name 'Fateh'. In 2010 I took refuge with a Zen and Esoteric Buddhist Master and became a teacher (Vajrachara) of Hanmi Buddhism. Hanmi is a Chinese Esoteric (Mystery) school whose teachings are similar to those of Tibetan Buddhism, except that coming from China they are influenced by Taoism and Confucianism rather than Bon (an ancient Tibetan shamanic practice). I currently work in a lovely little yoga and meditation studio (cityzen.org.uk) in South East London offering counselling and yoga nidra sessions and teaching mindfulness, meditation and yoga.
