I teach pregnancy yoga, baby-parent yoga and gentle Vinyasa yoga in South London (and online). My aim is to make yoga approachable for all; my classes are all about the feeling you get rather than what you look like on the mat.
I’m an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or ‘tapping’) practitioner – I bring some visualisation techniques into my yoga classes.
I am currently training in sound healing, specialising in the gong which is exciting! I love sharing these beautiful practices.
