I am a Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist for Mental Health, Well Woman Yoga Therapist and Women’s Holistic Health Practitioner. I am also training in ‘Focusing’ which is a practice of deep inner listening that can be done still or with movement.
I am interested in how we can use movement to create greater integration and connection within ourselves. Exploring ways to move that nurture our bodies and the whole of our being. I work in a gentle and supportive way encouraging students to find the way their body wants to move rather than moving in the way we think we ought to, or are expected to move. I teach groups and work one to one.
