Happy Hormones with Els
I am Els, 54 and post-menopausal. More than 10 years ago I discovered yoga and in 2010 I obtained my first 200 hours Hatha Yoga Teacher Certificate at Sivananda, Reith Austria.
Since that moment I have been passionate about sharing a Gentle Yoga Experience as well as Hormone Yoga Therapy with women of all ages, sizes and levels of fitness so that together we can reclaim our vitality, strength and joy in life!
I continued my yoga studies and obtained the Hormone Yoga Therapy Certificate from Dina Rodrigues in Brighton in 2017 and the Womb Yoga Certificate from Uma Dinsmore-Tuli in Newcastle in 2017. Both trainings were specifically aimed towards womens wellness during our menstrual cycle and menopause.
I have been teaching in yoga studios in Belgium, Morocco and Belfast (Maitri Studio), organised a Happy Hormone 6-week yoga series in Belfast and a 4-day yoga retreat in Wicklow, Ireland.
