As a dedicated yoga therapist-in-training, I stand deeply rooted in the traditions of yoga and the sacred rhythms of womanhood. As a mother and a devoted keeper of women’s mysteries, my practice is fiercely anchored in celebrating and nurturing the divine feminine. Serving the radiant women of NW Iowa and Western WI, I am honored to walk alongside you through every chapter of life, offering holistic care from cradle to grave.
