I work as a yoga teacher in Uppsala, Sweden. I took my first yoga class in 1996 and have been practicing regularly since then. My main trainings are in ISHTA yoga (main teachers Alan Finger and Ulrica Norberg) and Yoga Nidra (teachers Uma Dinsmore – Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli). I teach group classes and individual sessions, corporate events and international trips. My way of teaching yoga is with humbleness, acceptance and joy. For me, yoga is a way of connecting with yourself on a deeper level in order to find inner peace and live more truthfully and gracefully. When you are at peace with yourself you can become a true servant, inspire and influence people in a positive way and together make the world just a little bit better.
