Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (with another organisaton)

Universal Yoga is a intimate and vibrant centre in the middle of Somerset, offering yoga therapy, training, kids, baby and pregnancy yoga, workshops and of course, Yoga Nidra!

It has been running since September of 2004 and is run under the grace of Guru Sivananda, with the blessed support of the worldwide Sivananda Organisation.

There are 8 teachers at the centre and we firmly believe in the healing power of yoga, three of whom are qualified to teach Yoga Nidra. We also invite experts in their fields to teach and run retreats.

The centre also offers the opportunity to stay ashram style, helping out and joining in.

There is also an opportunity to receive Reiki, Thai Yoga Massage and other therapies as well as have a sauna.

We are proud sponsors of The Penny Brohn Centre, Ammerdown Centre and Priston Festival among others.

We have chosen to offer these audio recordings freely. We do this because we know yoga nidra to be a valuable practice which we want to share widely. It does, however take a fair bit of time and effort to upload the recordings and maintain this site so you can use it.
