About Ingrid Guerin: as a geographer, respectful of all territories, Ingrid works with scientists to explore space and time of invisible universes through the practice of Yoga Nidra.
Relativity, gravity, energy, all these theorems are put in the practice of Yoga Nidra to help each person to be connected with their own breath. Ingrid believes in a Yoga Nidra practice associated with all the tools of Yoga (restorative, vinyasa, bhakti...) to help people to grow on the path of Yoga. She teaches in France and travel the world to be connected to the roots of Yoga and its modern teaching.
Ingrid's base is in Avignon at UrbYoga Studio in Avignon (www.urbyoga.com) with a Nidra class every Thursday at 7:30 pm.
