Being a mother of two daughters is one of the greatest and most profound ‘gifts’ that I am blessed to have. Since becoming a mother the essence of my yoga practice has changed, going down a more gentle path to heal, nurture and nourish from within. My classes are taught in a more therapeutic and restorative approach. I work mainly in women’s health and I also teach yoga for M.E., chronic fatigue and other chronic Illnesses, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation. Through various teacher trainings with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli since 2007, she has been a huge inspiration in my personal and teaching practice. I am also very privileged to co-teach, assist and support Uma on numerous teacher trainings.
