Yoni Shakti Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training
I'm Jess, a yoga teacher, massage therapist and educator, based in Newton Abbot, South Devon, UK. Ive been teaching postnatal and baby yoga (Birthlight trained) for eleven years, and pregnancy yoga (trained with Uma) for 5 years. Ive been a massage therapist for 16 years, specialising in pregnancy, postnatal and womens' health massage for the last eleven years. I trained with Tara Fraser (British Wheel of Yoga-300 hrs yoga teacher training), finishing in 2018. I teach hatha yoga with an emphasis on gentle practices, and a special interest in working with women. I teach 1:1 and in small groups from home at the current time (and online since covid), including birth preparation for couples, yoga for pelvic health, postnatal recover yoga, baby massage, baby yoga and womens/ mothers' mini retreats. I am a tutor on Uma's pregnancy yoga Teacher training. I am to complete the Womxns' yoga nidra teacher training in 2021. I am a member of the Yoni Shakti/ Yoga Nidra Network core team, taking care of the social media.
