Jo Kezich
Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (with another organisaton)
Jo Kezich is an Italian writer daydreamer based in Bolzano. In 2020, she graduated as an actress from the Accademia D'Arte del Dramma Antico in Siracusa. In 2022, she certified as a Hatha Yoga teacher at the international school "Love and All is Coming" and since 2025, she has been a Yoga Nidrā facilitator (Inner Cosmos Yoga Nidrā teacher and facilitator training - Innerswim Institute) with a Total Yoga Nidrā approach, which is currently the heart of her practice. Since January 2025, she has opened a free podcast channel for Italian guided nidrā/meditations, "Ninna Nanna Nidrā".
