I have been practicing yoga since 1997 and teaching since 2000. Yoga is a vital support for my parenting and partnering, and my beautiful family are inspiration and support for my yoga journey (both practicing and teaching). I believe that parenting can allow us unique insights into ourselves; and that it offers us direct, embodied understanding of yogas original meaning of "union". All my classes are offered as opportunities to remember, nurture and honour our innate abilities to grow, birth and raise our children, and as spaces to choose how (and whether!) we go about this work. I believe that this is inseparable from finding a spacious connection with ourselves; from a deeply felt experience of the body.
