I’m a personal trainer, yoga teacher, accredited coach, motivational speaker, and pussy power advocate. I’m also a wellness influencer working with authentic brands who align with my values.

My mission is to provide simple, relatable, accessible and REAL self-help tools and techniques to everyone no matter what your beliefs.

I’ve been teaching at events and experiences since 2003, and am trained in disciplines including: Thousands of hours of Yoga Teacher Trainings with Cyndi Lee, Shiva Rea, Ana Forrest, Maty Ezraty, Chad Hamrin, Paul Grilley, Cat Alip Douglas and workshops with many more. Personal Trainer and fitness instructor (SAFE). I’ve done the Vipassana meditation training by S.N Goenka several times and studied meditation + self hypnosis at Osho’s Ashram in Pune, Panchakarma treatment and studies in Kerala, Yoga Nidra Teacher (Uma Dinsomore-Tulli) and Restorative Yoga with Cyndi Lee. I’ve studied with many coaches and healers over the years and each and everyone of them has given me invaluable tools and insight.

My 15 years as a wellness entrepreneur running Global Yoga – yoga school with teacher trainings and community, inventing concepts for companies such as SATS, YogaGames and Prana Festival, creating online courses and products, plus my previous work with big companies such as NIKE and Les Mills informs my mentoring and coaching skills, and enables me to teach business management with soul to new wellbeing entrepreneurs.
